Visual Merchandising Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Designer I to support the execution of visual display projects across retail environments. This role involves developing planograms, creating visual renderings, and collaborating with design teams to enhance in-store and showroom experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in visual merchandising, store design, and retail display development, with proficiency in design tools and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Execute visual display projects as directed by senior visual staff Create and review planograms for retail layouts Participate in the proofing process for design accuracy and quality Develop Photoshop and 3D renderings for visual concepts Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance visual assets Assist in sourcing materials for window displays, in-store setups, and showrooms Support PLV (Point of Purchase/Point of Sale) development activities Contribute to various design and visual merchandising tasks as needed Required Skills: Strong experience in visual merchandising within retail environments Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and SketchUp Experience creating planograms and visual layouts Knowledge of 3D rendering and industrial design concepts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Creative thinking with a strong visual sense Preferred Skills: Store design background Experience in PLV development within retail business Exposure to showroom and window display setups Education: Higher Diploma or above in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field Education: Certification
