Job Summary :
Key Responsibilities Conduct business analysis for IT systems Analyze legislative mandates ? system impact Gather & document business requirements Support business process re-engineering Assist in Request for Offer (RFP) requirements definition Work with stakeholders to define functional & technical needs Support system modernization strategy
Required Qualifications (MQ)
Bachelor's degree 5+ years IT/business analysis experience 3+ years in system analysis & design 3+ years analyzing legislation/regulations impact
Desired Qualifications (DQ)
6+ years experience Experience in government regulatory systems Experience with large-scale IT transformations
