Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and personable Entry-Level Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services Support sales and marketing campaigns through direct customer interaction Track and update client accounts and customer interactions Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals and expectations Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required What We Offer:
