Bilingual Call Center Rep Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Rep to join our client to support outreach and account engagement efforts related to past due student loan balances. This role focuses on communicating with former students, maintaining accurate account documentation, and helping connect individuals with appropriate government loan servicing resources. The position is fully remote and requires comfort with consistent phone work and independent productivity. This is a contract to hire opportunity supporting candidates located in Philadelphia, New Jersey, or Delaware within the Eastern time zone. Compensation: $17.50 per hour Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Two shifts from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, two shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual Call Center Rep: Manage a monthly portfolio of assigned accounts and conduct regular inbound and outbound phone outreach Support former students by guiding conversations and connecting them with appropriate government loan servicers Maintain detailed and accurate documentation while progressing accounts through internal systems Utilize Microsoft Office and internal tools while multitasking between calls, research, and data entry Adhere to attendance expectations, productivity goals, and remote work requirements Qualifications and Skills for the Bilingual Call Center Rep: Fluency in both Spanish and English with strong verbal communication skills Prior customer service or call center experience with comfort handling frequent phone interactions Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously Demonstrated reliability, consistent work history, and dependable attendance Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision Why Join Us?
