
Sr. Salesforce Health Cloud Developer/Analyst

Interview Process:
30 minutes with Hiring Manager 45-60 minutes technical team interview with Sr. Salesforce Leads
Must Haves:
5+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer (enterprise scale).
Certified in the following: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II (preferred), Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred), Salesforce AI
Deep hands-on with Salesforce Health Cloud (primary)-especially in contact center workflows.
Domain background in Healthcare or Contact Center environments.
Strong Apex expertise (OO design, governor limits, bulkification, async patterns).
Proven Agile delivery experience with excellent stakeholder communication (business + technical).
Practical AI scripting/orchestration (prompting patterns, guardrails, agent workflows) within Salesforce ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Service Cloud (Omni-Channel, Case lifecycle, Knowledge, IVR/CTI), and Data Cloud (identity resolution, segments, activations), and
MuleSoft or similar integration experience (REST/SOAP, auth, error recovery, patterns).
Day-To-Day:
One of Insight Global's customers is looking to onboard a Sr. Salesforce Analyst to their team to design, build, and optimize solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud, with significant usage in contact center workflows. They will build Apex features, batch jobs, and agentic AI automations tied to Health Cloud + contact center needs, pull work from the backlog, deliver against user stories, and ship frequently, and collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, demo increments, and iterate. The ideal candidate must have experience with Salesforce Health Cloud in either a healthcare or contact center setting. This is a 8 month contract and is onsite 5 days a week in Irving, TX.
