Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with Department of Education (DOE), accreditation, and institutional policies. Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with Financial Aid and Faculty teams to ensure a seamless, supportive "start" for every student. Who You Are Experienced:
3+ years in admissions, sales, or recruitment (experience in the private/proprietary education sector is a major plus). A Persuasive Communicator:
You possess exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly. Data-Informed:
You are tech-savvy and comfortable managing CRM systems to track KPIs and move candidates through the enrollment funnel. Flexible:
You are available for occasional evening/weekend rotations and local travel as needed to support campus events. Education:
