Job Title Senior Product Manager (Digital Platforms) Overview / Summary This role is responsible for the development and management of software products, web applications, mobile apps, online platforms, and connected devices across their full lifecycle—from planning and definition through production, release, and end of life. The position focuses on product value, viability, design, usability, and feasibility while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to define product vision and strategy aligned with the organization’s digital ecosystem Collaborate with software developers and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, MVPs, MLPs, and develop business cases for new features Create and maintain product roadmaps outlining strategic direction, priorities, and timelines Initiate and drive programs related to assigned products Review and approve user stories with clear acceptance criteria Maintain feature documentation, user training materials, and tutorials Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure product success Make decisions on pricing, target audience, and revenue models; own product P&L Lead product direction using industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer research Collaborate with tech leads, developers, security, and quality teams to manage UAT and evaluate release readiness Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Delivery Manager Experience with business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables Experience in Agile software development and backlog management Strong data analysis skills for decision-making and performance measurement Ability to define technical and non-functional requirements and review technical specifications Experience incorporating customer insights into product design and development What Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your Future HTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
