Director of Laboratory

is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of laboratory services. This role ensures high-quality clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership within a hospital or reference laboratory environment. The Director will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-stress healthcare setting and is expected to exercise sound judgment and decisive leadership. Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent Minimum Education:

BA/BS in Medical Technology or a scientific discipline Hospital or reference laboratory experience preferred Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make decisive judgments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven ability to perform effectively in a stressful healthcare environment Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree (MBA, MA, or MS in a scientific or related discipline) Previous
