Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Entry Specialist to support a short-term project transferring candidate data from one applicant tracking system (ATS) to another. This role requires a high level of accuracy, focus, and consistency, as records will be manually reviewed and entered to ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
Key Responsibilities
Transfer candidate and resume data from one ATS to another (ClearCompany to JazzHR)
Accurately review, enter, and verify records on an individual basis
Ensure data integrity and completeness throughout the migration process
Maintain organization and track progress to meet project deadlines
Follow established processes and guidelines for data handling
Communicate any discrepancies or issues to the team promptly
Qualifications
Experience with ATS or HRIS systems (e.g., ClearCompany, JazzHR) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
Basic computer skills and proficiency in navigating multiple systems
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
Additional Information
Project expected to last approximately 3 months
Ability to start immediately
On-site training/orientation for the first couple of weeks, with potential for a hybrid schedule afterward
