Job Requirements:
Job Description: • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). • Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. • Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
