What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop local hollow metal project pricing strategies in collaboration with sales management
Partner with sales and product management teams to create customized approaches for market share growth
Analyze market dynamics and communicate competitive changes effectively
Maintain project statistics to inform pricing strategy improvements
Build and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hollow metal industry
Knowledge of the security industry
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Sales experience in both hollow metal and hardware industries
Understanding of operations and project management constraints
Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools
Candidate must reside in the Eastern United States
