What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop local pricing strategies for hollow metal projects in collaboration with sales leadership
Partner with sales and product management teams to create tailored solutions that enhance market share
Analyze market dynamics and communicate competitive changes effectively
Maintain project hit rate statistics to refine pricing strategies
Build and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to understand customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in the hollow metal industry
Knowledge of the security industry
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Sales experience in both the hollow metal and hardware industries
Understanding of operations and project management constraints
Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
Willingness to travel up to 50%
