Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to join our Cincinnati, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.
Job Description
Oversee delivery of PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP services in a skilled nursing setting.
Manage department operations and support clinical excellence.
Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists.
Qualifications
Current state licensure as PTA, COTA, OT, PT.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
