Senior Operational Strategy Consultant

Overview Elevate your career by designing transformative processes for global top‑tier clients. As a Business Process Consultant at VML MAP, you will build and strengthen our business architecture function in North America, creating efficient internal delivery models that align with company principles and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
Lead workshops and conduct interviews with external clients and internal stakeholders to gain insights into current marketing practices.
Design future‑focused marketing processes by analyzing gathered data and aligning them with the client’s strategic goals and organizational structure.
Redefine roles and responsibilities to integrate seamlessly with newly developed processes.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to the client’s platform landscape to ensure robust support for new processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance.
Create comprehensive operational playbooks and compelling presentations.
Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support clients through the implementation phase, addressing feedback, and resolving emerging challenges.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong experience in mapping and optimizing business processes, preferably with client‑facing responsibilities.
Background in agency or consultancy settings is highly advantageous.
Preferably a relevant master’s degree in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
Proven ability to navigate and thrive in complex environments independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation capabilities.
Strong aptitude for forming and sustaining cross‑functional relationships.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and familiarity with tools like Miro, SharePoint, Lucidchart, and Visio.
