Continuous Improvement Leader | Mason, MI Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.

Mentor and coach employees at all levels in the application of CI tools and methodologies.

Analyze manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains.

Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial savings related to CI projects.

Utilize data analysis to identify root causes of inefficiencies and validate improvement efforts.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Green Belt with extensive proven experience considered.

Demonstrated expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive sustainable process improvements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing technologies.

Experience applying CI principles to optimize supply chain processes.

Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience integrating CI methodologies with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
