Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Must obtain license to sell P& C insurance in the state of Illinois within 30 days of hire.
