ERP Expertise: Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and large‑scale ERP programs; strong understanding of related enterprise solutions (HRIS, financials, project management, supply chain)
Change Leadership: Ability to drive transformation in decentralized, project‑based environments
Innovation: Strong grasp of emerging enterprise technologies and their business application
Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and a track record of engaging executives, functional leaders, and end users
