Working knowledge of estimating all HVAC & mechanical construction work Capable of conceptual estimating and developing total cost packages Can quickly develop order-of-magnitude pricing recaps Up to date with current market conditions including unit pricing Estimates consistent with the plan to build Proficient with Procore Understand and review Sub change pricing accordingly for accuracy Lead a team of HVAC estimators Qualifications
10+ years of experience in estimating and quantity take-offs Valid Driver's license A positive attitude, good work ethic, respect, detail-oriented, and time-management skills Basic proficiency in English; ability to communicate on-site with colleagues, vendors, and contractors Employment details
