
Director, PM Sales Tech & Partner Ecosystem

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Director of Product Management, SalesTech and Partner Ecosystem, to lead product strategy and execution across our sales and partner ecosystem platforms. This leader will drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that empower internal sales teams and external partners to efficiently sell, deliver, and support our solutions.
The ideal candidate combines
deep product leadership, commercial systems expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration
to build scalable platforms that improve revenue growth, partner engagement, and operational efficiency.
You’ll work with teammates across the globe and will travel up to 20% of the time for face‑to‑face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and team visits. We prefer this role to be hybrid to our Colorado office.
Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision and multi‑year roadmap for Sales and Partner Ecosystem domain platforms
Align product strategy with company revenue growth, go‑to‑market, and ecosystem strategies
Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, partner engagement, and partner‑led growth through innovative product capabilities
Lead product portfolio decisions across CRM integrations, partner platforms, and commercial enablement systems
Lead and mentor a team of product managers responsible for Sales and Partner Ecosystem domain capabilities
Establish clear product management practices, metrics, and governance
Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, sales operations, and partner teams
Drive end‑to‑end product delivery from concept to launch and continuous improvement
Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, impact, and ROI
Champion data‑driven decision making and customer feedback loops
Build / improve products that strengthen the partner ecosystem experience including onboarding, enablement, and performance visibility
Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions
Develop capabilities that support co‑selling, partner‑led delivery, and partner success
Partner closely with Architecture, Engineering, UX and internal operations team to deliver best in class seller experiences
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product management, product leadership, or platform product development
5+ years leading high‑performing product teams
Experience leading enterprise platforms supporting sales, partner ecosystems, or revenue operations
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari), partner platforms, and commercial workflows
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, UX, sales, and business teams
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on product execution
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or platform companies
Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel sales models
Experience with commerce platforms, pricing, or subscription business models
Consultancy experience is a plus

Salary Transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $180,000 and $321,860. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
