Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited
Registered Nursing program
Active
Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license , or multi-state license permitting practice in Iowa
Minimum of
two years of experience
in
case management ,
utilization management ,
discharge planning , or a related cost and quality management program
Strong understanding of care coordination, patient flow, and resource utilization
Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across clinical and administrative departments
