Your Opportunity As Vice President, AI & Enterprise Value Creation, you will drive transformative AI initiatives that unlock unprecedented revenue growth and revolutionize EBSCO’s operational capabilities. This hybrid role is based in Ipswich, MA and is accountable for strategies to embed AI into our products and the enterprise operating model to create and sustain measurable impact. Reporting to Senior Technology leadership, you will deliver quantifiable business outcomes, developing enterprise KPIs and driving program progress and updates to the Executive Leadership Team.

What You’ll Do

Translate enterprise priorities into an AI execution roadmap focused on revenue expansion and operational efficiency

Architect cutting‑edge automation and intelligent workflows that dramatically optimize operational efficiency and elevate service quality to industry‑leading standards

Support the redesign of processes, decision rights, talent models, and governance structures to embed AI into core business operations

Establish enterprise standards for AI readiness, AI/MLOps, governance, and responsible AI practices

Present KPIs, program progress, risks, and investment outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team

About You

You are a Subject Matter Expert who is driven to implement AI solutions across a broad portfolio which will result in increased output, higher quality and cost efficiencies

Minimum 12+ years of proven leadership in enterprise technology, digital transformation, or strategic operating model initiatives, demonstrating measurable multimillion‑dollar financial outcomes

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI, data, and digital transformations within sophisticated, cloud‑enabled enterprise environments

Demonstrated success driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency through technology‑enabled change

Experience presenting enterprise KPIs, investment cases, and program results to executive leadership

Experience redesigning enterprise operating models to integrate data‑driven and AI‑enabled decision making

Experience scaling AI across commercial, product, and back‑office functions with measurable ROI

Track record building high‑performing technical and business teams

Ability to connect AI investments directly to P&L outcomes and structural performance improvement

Pay Range USD $210,495.00 – USD $300,710.00 /Yr.
