Position Summary
The Independent Optometrist – Walmart will lease and operate eye care services within Walmart stores, providing independent patient care and maintaining full control over practice operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
Valid state optometry license
Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
Valid state ophthalmology license
General Liability Certificate
Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
