one Associate
to join their small, highly engaged team. This is a hands‑on role offering broad exposure across all aspects of investing and portfolio management, including attending portfolio company board meetings, with direct mentorship from senior team members.
Ideal Background 2‑3 years of investment banking experience Exposure to Business Services is a plus
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Work closely with senior team members on deal execution from start to finish Conduct diligence and prepare investment memoranda Attend portfolio company board meetings and gain firsthand operational insight Support marketing, fundraising, and investor communications Receive mentoring and guidance directly from Partners and Principals Take on meaningful responsibility in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment
