We’re partnering with a
leading investment platform at the forefront of the evolving energy ecosystem
to hire a
Private Equity Associate
for their
New York team .
The role sits within the firm’s
Private Equity strategy , which invests in
middle market and upper middle market companies
across sectors connected to energy. The team focuses on
industrial products, industrial services, and software businesses that enable the energy sector , rather than traditional infrastructure such as pipelines or renewable generation.
The team is planning to add an
Associate
and is seeking a strong
Investment Banking Analyst
looking to transition to the buy-side. This is a
traditional Associate role
with exposure to the
full investment lifecycle , including sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company work.
Candidate Profile
1–2 years of Investment Banking experience
Background in
Energy, Industrials, or a relevant Generalist group
Strong
financial modeling and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in
Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
with a strong academic record
Demonstrated interest in
private equity and the energy ecosystem
