Role Responsibilities The Associate will work directly with senior investment professionals and be actively involved in:
Evaluating new investment opportunities and market themes
Financial modeling, valuation, and transaction analysis
Supporting due diligence processes and coordinating third‑party advisors
Preparing investment committee materials and deal documentation
Monitoring portfolio company performance and strategic initiatives
Assisting with add‑on acquisition analysis and execution
