Private Equity Associate
to join its corporate practice group. Known for representing high-profile private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, the team handles sophisticated M&A and investment transactions across diverse industries.
Ideal candidates will have
5th to 7th years of experience
(law school classes of
2017-2019 ) with a proven track record of working on complex private equity transactions. Prior experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supervising junior associates, and managing deal execution is essential. Candidates must possess stellar academic credentials and prior experience at a leading law firm.
