Martin’s Point Health Care is seeking a
Director of Practice Operations
to lead operational performance for one or more health centers within our integrated care delivery system. This role is a key operational partner to physician leadership and will help guide our continued growth as we expand patient access, strengthen primary care panels, and advance our value-based care strategy. You will work closely with providers and operational leaders to ensure our health centers deliver exceptional
patient experience, clinical quality, and financial sustainability. What You’ll Do
Lead operational performance for four health centers Partner closely with physician leaders to support provider success and patient outcomes Drive improvements in access, panel growth, and operational efficiency Lead teams through change and continuous improvement initiatives Oversee budgets, operational metrics, and performance improvement strategies Foster a collaborative, patient-centered care environment What We’re Looking For
Healthcare operations or medical practice leadership experience Strong financial and business acumen Experience working alongside physicians and clinical leaders Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance A collaborative leader who can navigate complexity and drive results Travel required between Martin’s Point health centers If you are a healthcare operations leader who enjoys building strong teams and improving care delivery, I would welcome the opportunity to connect.
