Overview
Inside Sales Advisor role seeking to connect daily with warm leads, providing clear, helpful guidance across new quotes, reviewing existing coverage, or assisting with renewals. The goal is to make insurance guidance clear, personal, and easy, while supporting a large base of existing clients by answering questions, identifying opportunities, and ensuring coverage aligns with clients’ goals. This is a fast-growing, innovative team that values strong relationships and meaningful work. Compensation
Base pay range: $48,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities
Advising clients on the right insurance coverage Be professional, courteous, and smart in all customer interactions over the phone, text, and email Manage and sell the warm leads by making multiple outbound calls, texts, and emails daily Track activities, client purchases, and other requirements during and after calls in the company technology platform Aim to achieve personal and team activity and production goals Qualifications
Owner mentality; relational, driven, disciplined, and coachable Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to multitask Self-motivated and willing to put in the work to succeed; enjoys a friendly competition Align with core values: excellence, integrity, grit, and others-focused Prior sales experience (required) Benefits
Warm leads provided; no lead generation or prospecting required In-office role with no weekends or nights; Monday–Friday Compensation includes base salary plus commissions on new business 5-week training and onboarding program Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance
