Entry Level Sales - Part Time - Flexible Work

Vector Marketing is currently holding interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one‑on‑one appointments that emphasize customer service. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people do well immediately – as long as someone is willing to learn, they can be successful. We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income.
Position Details
Paid Weekly
– Reps are paid $25.00 base‑appointment, which is not based on sales results. A commission structure is available and is set up based on performance, offering the opportunity to earn more. Even if a rep has an off week, there is a fallback income. Solid Training
– We’ve been training people to do well for over 40 years. We teach our reps how to excel before they start and provide continued support and additional training over time. Even if someone decides not to stay long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills they learn are valuable in any field. Product
– We sell Cutco products used in the home, focusing on kitchen and some gardening tools. Prior experience or knowledge of home goods or sales is not required. Flexible Scheduling
– We help reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work full‑time, part‑time, flexible work, or as supplemental income around other commitments such as classes, full‑time jobs, internships, or family obligations. Location
– Sales reps work a hybrid approach: they work locally after training, but meetings and training are held in the office. Opportunity for Advancement
– Reps can move into long‑term sales positions or become a manager, even if they start part‑time. Requirements
Enjoy working with people All ages eighteen or older, or seventeen with a high‑school diploma. Conditions apply
Willing to learn and apply new skills. Who would do well in the position? People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist/office work, landscaping, and many other fields.
