As an Account Manager focusing on existing customer accounts, you will seek to expand the relationship and product footprint to upsell and cross‑sell Serrala solutions. You will rely on your experience leveraging existing relationships selling to the office of the CFO, and a value‑based selling mindset to identify, qualify, execute, and close large enterprise software deals in both the commercial and public sector space. A large number of accounts with non‑overlapping farming rights of all products and all verticals. You will have responsibility for: Medium to large enterprise target customers. Up to 6‑digit ACV deals with short sales cycles relative to deal size. Reasonable and realistic quotas which are consistent across all territories. Extended team support partnering with dedicated Customer Success Managers and local US‑based help desk support. A+ reps with proven records have substantial earnings potential above and beyond the (up to) $300K OTE we are offering. Maintain relationships with customers as a key point of contact whilst demonstrating a thorough understanding of your customer’s business and operational needs. Grow revenue through the upselling and cross‑selling of additional modules or services into your assigned customer accounts. Proactively build new opportunities from whitespace analysis in your assigned accounts. Organize and drive regular relationship calls with your clients. Solicit, understand, and develop customer requirements. Manage complex sales cycles leveraging extended teams for functional demos, technical discussions, marketing, sales support etc. Build vision and business cases for partnering with Serrala. Articulate value proposition and differentiation to all levels of the organization. Coordinate business terms and contract negotiations. Close large and complex deals both product licenses and professional services. Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction. Collaborate effectively with partners to drive business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with mutual customers. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 7+ years of direct sales experience with an Enterprise Software company. Prior software sales experience specific to medium or large enterprises is MANDATORY. Entrepreneurial‑like hunger and drive to prospect relentlessly to uncover and qualify appropriate opportunities. Proven ability to apply value propositions and differentiation to propose and position solutions to solve business problems. Experience and confidence talking to both operational and senior levels of the office of the CFO. Ability to lead and orchestrate complex sales cycles while leveraging extended teams and partners as needed. Embraces the role of leader and coach while operating in a team selling environment. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Self‑starter who will thrive in an unstructured, small team start‑up‑like environment. Salary Range
United States: 130,000-150,000 Canada: CAD 180,000-208,000 The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However, the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location, job‑related skills, experience, relevant education, training as well as market and business considerations.
