About the Role Tempo is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team and help shape our visual brand world. This is a rare opportunity to do high impact work, bringing a new brand to life and seeing your creative fingerprints across every touchpoint.

You’ll report directly to the Creative Director and work across a wide range of projects, from brand campaigns to everyday go-to-market assets. You’re someone who thrives with ownership, moves with intention, and knows how to bring a brand idea all the way through to execution.

Merchandise and packaging

Event design and experiential

Social content and digital assets

Go-to-market and marketing collateral

What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills

5–8+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio that reflects it

Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams

Comfortable operating independently. You don’t need a lot of hand-holding to deliver great work

Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools

Bonus: web development skills

Mindset

A self-starter who takes initiative and owns their work end to end

Equally comfortable going wide (concept and strategy) and going deep (craft and execution)

Calm under ambiguity. You can prioritize, adapt, and deliver in a fast-moving environment

A collaborator at heart, even when working independently
