Sales Enablement & Training Consultant
Insight Global, Washington, District of Columbia, United States
Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Sales Training & Enablement Consultant to join their team. This role is a hands‑on sales enablement consultant brought in to help our client evolve how their sales organization operates as the company shifts from acquisition‑led growth to more intentional, organic growth. The person will take existing sales materials, leadership direction, and consultant‑led strategy and turn it into practical, tech‑enabled training programs for sellers and sales managers. The focus is on building and rolling out sales performance standards, management expectations, and coaching frameworks—moving fast, bringing structure to a complex environment, and helping leaders and sellers adopt a more consistent way of selling. This is ideal for someone who has built and delivered sales enablement programs before, enjoys turning high‑level ideas into real, usable tools that sales teams can apply immediately.

Pilot enablement materials with select sales groups and refine based on feedback
Prepare programs for long‑term handoff to internal sales training and sales operations teams
Participate in in‑person planning sessions and training pilots as needed
Drive progress independently and bring order from chaos in a fast‑moving transformation environment
Skills and Requirements
5–7+ years experience of sales enablement & sales training
Building and delivering sales management training programs
