Key responsibilities include overseeing talent management, employee relations, HR operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in workforce planning, compliance, and developing HR teams in a manufacturing setting. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline Minimum of 7 years of advancing HR experience, including 3+ years in a multi-site manufacturing leadership capacity Proven ability to lead in both union and non-union settings Deep understanding of employment regulations across various U.S. states Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities Comfortable with frequent travel to multiple manufacturing locations Preferred Qualifications
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification Experience implementing HRIS systems or process improvement initiatives Additional Details
Compensation:
