Human Resources Director

Our client, a leading healthcare organisation, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their team. As Human Resources Director you will report to the CEO whilst is a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members. You will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives across the organisation. The HRD will provide leadership and strategic direction for all areas of Human Resources, including: employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development, policy and procedures and managing a team of HR professionals. Through partnering the executive and leadership teams, you will play an integral part in driving forward the culture and values of the organisation, whilst ensuring there is consistency in approach with the wider Group’s People Agenda. With strong HR generalist experience, you will have experience of managing HR teams and have had exposure to working within a hospital/ healthcare or medical management setting. Excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential, with the ability to flex on strategic and more operational HR issues. A flexible approach and strong interpersonal skills will also be essential to make this challenging opportunity a real success. Seniority level
