We have partnered with a law firm client on the search for a skilled Real Estate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience to join a dynamic practice serving a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have substantial leasing experience and a strong background in handling a variety of real estate matters, from representing landlords, developers, and purchasers during market growth periods to advising distressed tenants and financial institutions in complex transactions or workouts.
Qualifications
3–8 years of real estate law experience, with significant leasing expertise.
Admission to the New Jersey Bar required; New York Bar preferred.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple matters and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and client service orientation.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $138,500–$187,600, based on experience and qualifications.
