
Outside Sales – MDU Specialist

We’re looking for a results‑driven sales specialist to lead expansion into NYC multi‑dwelling units (MDUs). This is a unique opportunity to bring a game‑changing solution to residential buildings, helping them save space, reduce labor, and improve operational efficiency. You will leverage your NYC network, connect with property managers and building operators, and drive adoption across individual buildings and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with property managers, facilities directors, and superintendents in 50–300 unit condo, co‑op, and rental buildings.
Conduct site walkthroughs and present solutions that improve labor efficiency, space utilization, and sustainability.
Navigate co‑op and condo board approvals to close deals.
Grow portfolio‑level adoption and generate referrals through superintendent networks.
Represent the company at NYC industry events and meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast your pipeline.
Who You Are:
5–15 years of experience selling to property managers, building operations teams, or similar markets.
Deep NYC network in property management, facilities, or building services.
Comfortable selling capital equipment or operational services (e.g., recycling systems, compactors, HVAC, elevators).
Relationship‑driven, self‑motivated, and capable of managing a remote territory.
Skilled at presenting ROI tied to labor and operational efficiency.
