Value Added Sales Rep

About the Role As our Value Added Sales Representative, you will own outbound sales efforts to our existing customer base, driving incremental revenue and improving customer lifetime value through consultative selling. You will support revenue growth initiatives and customer retention strategies. This is a full‑time, non‑exempt individual‑contributor role reporting to the Director of Customer Success (or VAS Lead).

Responsibilities

Outbound Sales Execution

Conduct 100–150 outbound calls per day to existing customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.

Drive upsells, cross‑sells, and retention‑focused conversations.

Revenue & Performance Ownership

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.

Track and manage performance metrics within CRM systems.

Take accountability for revenue contribution and individual performance.

Customer Experience & Retention

Build trust with customers through consultative, relationship‑driven selling.

Educate customers on product value and outcomes.

Contribute to improving customer lifetime value and retention.

Opportunities & Challenges

Transition from a service‑based model to a revenue‑driven customer engagement approach.

Increase conversion rates and revenue per customer.

Scale outbound sales efforts while maintaining a high‑quality customer experience.

Operate effectively in a high‑volume, performance‑focused environment.

Qualifications

2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Support, or phone‑based sales experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with CRM systems, Slack, and remote work environments.

Proven ability to manage high call volume and maintain performance standards.

Strong relationship‑building and objection‑handling skills.

Experience in sales or revenue‑generating roles is a plus.

Experience in direct response, subscription, or health/wellness environments is a plus.
