This is a temporary, hybrid assignment for 2 months, requiring 40 hours per week, 2 days (Wednesday & Thursday) in the office (Soho). The pay rate is $40-$45 hourly. The role may be engaged as either a W‑2 temporary employee or a 1099 contractor.

Position Summary The Graphic Designer role will focus on delivering high quality and innovative designs to elevate our marketing initiatives and elevate our customer experience on our e‑commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and e‑commerce design. This role will support PDP design for all new product launches, edit and retouch photography, and offer general design support for all marketing initiatives (social content, display ads, event collateral, etc) simultaneously across all brand categories.

General Responsibilities

E‑Commerce Design:

Spearhead design and asset prep for all new product launches (photo editing, PDP carousel design, A+ Content Design)

Social Media Assets:

Create visually engaging assets for social media campaigns, maintaining alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.

Sales & PR Collateral:

Design materials such as one‑sheeters for vendor presentations, PR collateral, etc, ensuring on brand, professional, compelling visuals.

Video Graphics:

Address graphic needs for video content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and storytelling goals.

Workflow Assistance:

Offer strategic design solutions to meet evolving team needs, such as new workflows or processes.

Photography Editing & Retouching

Image Editing & Preparation:

Work with our Art Director to edit, color correct, and composite product photography for all web/e‑comm use.

Edit out scratches, glares, and imperfections to ensure a flawless final product.

Support lifestyle photography editing in collaboration with our Art Director, ensuring photography follows brand guidelines and art direction.

Workflow Optimization:

Continuously refine photo editing workflows to enhance speed and accuracy when managing multiple SKUs.

E‑Commerce Design

Creative Development:

Use creative and marketing briefs, A+ Content/PDP copy sheets, and direction from Brand Managers to design compelling carousel images and A+ Content.

Brand Consistency:

Apply SKU‑specific designs across carousel images and A+ content to maintain brand integrity and visual harmony.

Retail Platform Adaptation:

Resize and adapt A+ content for multiple retailers, including Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Customer Engagement:

Continuously iterate on carousel designs to improve clarity and drive customer engagement with direction from sales, marketing, and brand teams.

Cross‑Team Collaboration:

Partner with the brand, sales, copywriters, and art directors to align on designs and messaging.

PDP Innovation:

Elevate the product detail page (PDP) experience by creating clear, cohesive, and premium visual language.

Retail Storefront Design:

Partner with sales & marketing team to update year round and seasonal needs for retailer storefronts (Amazon & Walmart)

PDP Updates:

Provide support for all ad hoc PDP updates (seasonal updates, product updates, etc)

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design or a related field.

3‑5 years of design experience in an agency or in‑house setting with experience in e‑commerce design, marketing and photo editing/retouching.

Skills & Expertise

Deep understanding of graphic design with a strong creative and artistic eye.

Proficient in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects is a plus).

Familiarity or eagerness to learn photo editing software like CaptureOne.

Strong understanding of photo editing, color correction, and compositing images.

Ability to understand and work from multiple brand guidelines to support the needs of our various sub‑brands.

Great critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to consolidate and communicate information in visually creative ways for e‑commerce platforms like

Amazon, Target, and Walmart .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross‑functional projects.

Ability to manage multiple projects and SKUs simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with precision.

Very detail oriented and always double checking your work.

Possesses a self‑starter mindset. You’ll be expected to jump right in, ask questions, and speak up if you need a hand.

Familiarity with e‑commerce design for PDPs and A+ content creation.

The Legal bits The salary range for this role is $40.00 - $45.00 hourly. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
