This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic relationships with top travel agencies, driving adoption of innovative payment solutions while ensuring seamless, efficient, and profitable operations. You will act as the primary liaison for key clients, partnering closely with internal teams including Commercial, Implementations, Product, and Account Management. The role involves influencing stakeholders at all levels, delivering measurable revenue and growth outcomes, and providing strategic insights into market trends and competitive positioning. With high visibility and impact, this position enables you to shape the future of travel payments while collaborating with leading players across the finance and travel technology ecosystem. This is a dynamic, client-facing role with international exposure and opportunities for professional growth.
Accountabilities
Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Drive revenue growth and customer retention in alignment with business objectives and KPIs
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver payment solutions and ensure client success
Monitor performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and contractual commitments
Track competitors and provide insights into market trends, positioning, and opportunities
Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
Proven experience in Relationship Management with a strong track record of achievement
Deep knowledge of travel payments and the broader travel technology ecosystem
Experience working with Online, Leisure, and Business travel agencies
Strong strategic, analytical, and consulting skills, with the ability to manage projects and programs
Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders, including C-Level executives
Advanced negotiation, sales, and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel internationally at short notice
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; multilingual abilities are a plus
