About the Work
Swiggard Creative is seeking a Social Media Director to lead and elevate our social media department across a portfolio of luxury hospitality, lifestyle, and real estate clients. This is a highly visible, dual‑facing role—responsible for both managing client relationships and leading the internal team and workflow that bring each account to life.
As Social Media Director, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding strategy, leading meetings, and ensuring all social media efforts align with broader marketing goals. At the same time, you will oversee the internal execution—managing account managers, content creators, and production timelines to ensure seamless delivery across all projects.
This role requires a strong balance of creative direction, operational oversight, and communication. You will be responsible for shaping the creative vision, directing content shoots, and maintaining the highest standard of quality across all deliverables, while also building efficient systems and processes that support team success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the social media department, managing day‑to‑day operations, campaigns, and client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Direct workflow and performance of account managers, content creators, and strategists.
Align departmental goals with agency‑wide objectives and leadership vision.
Creative Direction
Develop and execute creative strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
Ensure content reflects client brand voice, maintains consistency, and upholds Swiggard Creative’s high standards.
Collaborate with creative teams on ideation, storytelling, and campaign development.
Client Management
Lead onboarding and ongoing client meetings.
Build long‑term relationships through proactive communication and reporting.
Ensure social media strategies support broader digital marketing, branding, and business goals.
Content Production & Shoots
Plan, coordinate, and oversee photo and video shoots for social media.
Manage all logistics including scheduling, talent, creative direction, and on‑site production.
Team Development & Training
Recruit, train, and mentor new hires in social media management, content strategy, and digital best practices.
Provide professional development, feedback, and guidance to the social media team.
Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay ahead of social media trends, analytics, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Refine internal processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client retention.
