Responsibilities Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job given to the team, according to the work order, Manufacturer guidelines and quality and safety guidelines. Follow the Company Polices and Procedures and notify Management when needed to retain the integrity of the Company.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling
Strong knowledge of using power tools and measuring equipment
Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) as required
Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
