We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by processing orders accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive attitude. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process and outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders with speed and accuracy using internal systems
Coordinate with the Sales team to validate order details, discounts, and special terms
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking
Respond to internal and external order-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues in order processing workflows
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the order management system
Continuously seek improvements in order processing procedures and support documentation
Assist in onboarding and training new team members as needed
Qualifications
A detail-oriented approach to their work
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Professional, proactive communication and collaboration skills
A willingness to learn internal tools and adapt to new processes
The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ideal candidate experience
Prior experience in sales operations, order management, or administrative support
Experience using NetSuite
Proficiency in Excel and G Suite
