Responsibilities
Assist with establishing and updating sourcing and procurement policies and procedures Identify and deliver opportunities to maximize cost savings, mitigate risks, and enhance quality of services provided Conduct comprehensive spend analyses, market benchmarking, and category analyses across various categories Negotiate pricing, terms and services across a diverse range of goods and services Monitor supplier performance, enforce SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across key supplier relationships and business units Lead competitive sourcing events by collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements and develop effective bid documentation Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required 6-8 years of strategic sourcing experience Experience with contract negotiation and price analysis Familiarity with real estate development and property management activities Strong record of delivering measurable cost savings and operational improvements Salary Range
$120,000 – $140,000
