Responsibilities

Influence Partner Strategy: Develop and execute plans to incorporate and embed IBM technology into partners’ reference architectures, practices, and solutions, driving growth and revenue potential.

Coordinate Technical Expertise: Collaborate with IBM technical teams to identify, design, and implement valued client‑centric solutions that meet partner needs and increase their technical capabilities.

Grow Ecosystem Capability: Focus on growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem by increasing partners’ technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM Technology at scale.

Enable Partner Sellers: Work with partner firms’ sales and technical sellers to enhance their ability to deploy IBM Technology, driving growth and adoption.

Design Valued Solutions: Design and implement solutions that meet client needs, leveraging IBM technical expertise and partner capabilities.

Required Education Associate’s Degree/College Diploma

Preferred Education Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Deep Brand Skills: Experience with IBM Technology and understanding of its applications in various industries, enabling the development of effective plans to incorporate and embed IBM technology into partners’ reference architectures, practices, and solutions.

Technical Strategy Development: Experience in influencing technical strategy, driving growth and revenue potential through the incorporation of IBM technology into partners’ solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation: Experience with designing and implementing valued client‑centric solutions that meet partner needs, leveraging IBM technical expertise and partner capabilities.

Ecosystem Growth: Experience in growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem, increasing partners’ technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM Technology at scale.

Technical Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams to identify, design, and implement solutions that drive business growth and adoption.

Salary Range : $147,000 – $248,000 per year (based on skills, experience, and location)

Job is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible target incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM reference salary used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the incentive plan assigned to you.
