Senior Director Senior Directors are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, leading complex technology implementations, and driving business development as industry and solution experts. This role includes significant client-facing responsibilities, with travel (50–75%), and full accountability for delivery, client relationships, and revenue growth.

This role is a Senior Leader within the Engineering & Construction (E&C) segment of the Oracle Diversified Industries Practice, responsible for driving complex, high-value Oracle transformation programs and expanding the firm’s footprint in E&C across North America.

The Senior Director will lead large-scale pursuits, solution architecture, and delivery excellence, with deep expertise in project-centric operations, finance integration, and Oracle construction solutions.

Practice Contribution

Responsible for an annual target of bookings set by leadership—focused on large, complex E&C pursuits

Lead end-to-end solutioning and deal strategy for Oracle‑based E&C transformations

Develop and scale E&C‑specific Oracle offerings, including:

Project‑to‑finance integration (Primavera + Oracle ERP/PPM)

Cost‑to‑complete (EAC) and project forecasting solutions

WIP accounting and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

Joint Venture Management (JVM) and partner accounting automation

Partner with Oracle to drive co‑sell motions in E&C, including alignment with industry AEs and leadership

Serve as a subject matter expert in E&C industry processes, including project controls, procurement, contract management, and capital project delivery

Build and mentor a specialized E&C delivery team, including Primavera and PPM expertise

Support development of industry accelerators and repeatable delivery models

Lead thought leadership and market presence, including webinars, industry events, and Oracle collaboration

Engagement, Program, and Project Management

Lead large‑scale Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera transformation programs

Manage executive‑level client relationships across Finance, PMO, and Operations

Define and manage program scope, budget, and delivery roadmap

Ensure high‑quality delivery aligned with industry best practices and Oracle capabilities

Manage engagement financials, including forecasting, margin, and utilization

Drive governance, risk mitigation, and program execution excellence

Required Competencies

Deep expertise in Engineering & Construction industry, including:

Project lifecycle management (estimate → execution → close‑out)

Cost‑to‑complete (EAC) and forecasting

WIP accounting and revenue recognition

Subcontract and change order management

Joint venture accounting

Strong experience with Oracle solutions, including:

Oracle ERP Cloud (Projects, Financials)

Oracle PPM

Primavera Cloud / Unifier

Oracle Joint Venture Management (preferred)

Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑million‑dollar transformation programs

Strong business development and large‑deal pursuit experience

Ability to operate at executive client levels and influence strategic decisions

Experience building and leading high‑performing delivery teams

Strong commercial and financial acumen

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field

10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience

7+ years of experience in Engineering & Construction industry

Demonstrated experience leading Oracle ERP/PPM/Primavera implementations

Proven track record of business development and revenue generation ($2M+ annually)

Experience working with Oracle alliance and co‑sell models

Strong experience in solution architecture, proposal development, and executive presentations

Ability to manage multiple large‑scale engagements

Willingness to travel up to 75%

Flexible living locations in U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Primavera Cloud, Unifier, and Oracle Joint Venture Management

Background in capital projects, EPC firms, or infrastructure development

Experience building industry‑specific accelerators or delivery frameworks

Relevant Oracle certifications preferred (ERP, PPM, Primavera, or related)

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range: $215,000 – $275,000 (USD)

Additional incentive compensation potential: $268,750 – $371,250 (total estimated compensation)
