Location This is a full-time position based at our East Hanover, NJ HQ office with in-office expectations of ~50% of the time (2-3 days a week).
Mission Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer & customer centric brand growth. You will develop annual plans, set objectives, allocate resources, and execute brand marketing plans, monitoring performance to deliver results over the Annual Contract and Strategic Plan horizon. Based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360° campaigns.
Responsibilities & Outcomes
Understand consumer behavior, preferably in the CPG sector within a matrix environment.
Develop a seamless consumer experience and create a holistic brand ecosystem.
Create best-in-class 360 brand activation (TV, social/digital, consumer engagements, PR/earned, in-store).
Build and optimize media plans to drive ROI with a focus on digital.
Manage a brand’s PnL & business objectives.
Apply analytics and creativity to continuously review, evolve, and optimize plans to the consumer, category, and customer.
Lead and influence internal cross‑functional & external agency teams.
Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and present to executives.

Additional Desired Experience
7+ years (for Sr. Brand Manager) of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, working with large CPG brands (revenue of $100M+).
Creative and innovative mindset, ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
Demonstrated understanding of the retail landscape and working with retail accounts (partnership, joint business value creation, etc).
Brand Equity Marketing experience: consumer storytelling toward desired behavior change, long‑term strategy, agency and external partnership management.
Education Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Travel Requirements Approx. 2‑3 business trips per year.
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750. The exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
