
Consultant, Franchise Sales

This role will generate new business opportunities, prospecting, and cold-calling sales leads in an assigned territory. This position will work with a dynamic sales team to share ideas, and knowledge and create/implement new business development strategies. Additionally, this role will participate in telephone and face-to-face communications to support the growth of the business.
Essential Functions
Drives and manages the sales process including cold calling, targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Travels throughout the assigned territory and represents the brand at networking and social events.
Has a high-integrity sales approach that is sincere and focused on delivering value while generating excitement about the Company.
Other Duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma/ GED
Years of Experience: 1-3 Years
Years of Management: No Experience Needed
Preferred Licensing, Certifications and Skills
Experience in customer service.
Proven record of prospecting and cold-calling clients to achieve new business acquisitions.
Ability to travel 50- 75%.

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
