In recent years, we have become one of the leading specialists in the international investigation of affected vehicle owners and the collection of unpaid fees.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Product Owner (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Proactively promote and develop internal and external responsibilities

Simultaneous implementation of multiple, independent projects and development work

Participation and introduction of planning, reviews and retrospectives (SCRUM process)

Definition and prioritization of product requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders

Creation and maintenance of the product backlog

Ensuring on-time delivery of product developments

Proactively absorb ideas from the team, evaluate them and integrate them into the product strategy

Working with the development team as well as external service providers to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented

Modelling of business processes in cooperation with the responsible employees

Accompaniment of change processes in the context of product implementation

Close cooperation with interdisciplinary development teams and external partners to ensure efficient implementation

Qualification

Degree in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a comparable qualification

At least three years of professional experience as a product owner or in a similar role

Knowledge and experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable way

Experience in working with international teams

Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1 level)

Plus up to 10% variable salary as a bonus
