Senior Director, Finance

to serve as a key member of our executive team. This role is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

Why You’ll Love This Role Strategic Financial Leadership

Provide vision and leadership for financial planning and overall fiscal management.

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive business performance and decision‑making.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.

Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.

Maintain and enhance internal controls and financial policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts.

Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Monitor performance against budget and recommend adjustments as needed.

Cash Flow & Financial Health

Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital planning.

Develop strategies to optimize financial resources and ensure long‑term sustainability.

Risk & Compliance

Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting team members.

Foster a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

Present financial performance and strategic insights to leadership and board members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred

Minimum 3 years in a Controller, CFO, or equivalent leadership role

Experience in agriculture or financial services preferred

Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management

Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities

Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools
