What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and finding accounts to sell into in addition to qualifying leads.

Clearly articulating our value proposition and driving new customer engagement.

Creating territory plans and mapping out activities by quarter to achieve quota.

Maintaining healthy pipeline at all times and coming up with creative solutions to close new business opportunities.

Confidently speaking with people at all levels including upper management and senior leadership.

Tracking your activities in Salesforce to attain activity KPIs.

Effectively documenting and maintaining Salesforce data.

Participating in product, marketing and sales skills training.

Negotiating and closing deals.

Other duties as assigned.

– ability to engage prospects and clients in a relationship-driven sales approach by acting as a trusted advisor who seeks to understand the client's needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions.

– utilization of sales enablement tools to support the sales process and improve overall client experience.

– ability to adjust, change, or modify their approach, mindset, or behavior in response to new circumstances, challenges, or changing environments.

– skills and abilities necessary to effectively convey and exchange information, ideas, and feelings between individuals or groups using various verbal and non-verbal methods to deliver messages clearly, accurately, and appropriately, while also actively listening and understanding the messages received.

You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have/Are

4+ years SaaS full cycle sales experience.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quota over an extended period of time.

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or related field.

It Would Be Nice To Have

Vertical-specific healthcare experience strongly preferred.

In Office Requirement Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately
